I am a first-generation Haitian-American, Born in Brooklyn, NY. I am in IT for both my day job and as a consultant running my own business. My mental health journey started in the fall of 2009 where I was seeking out help to get by mother, nephew, and I on the same page to improve our communication and understand one another.

I later realized that I needed help myself to deal with things that I have just been struggling with like relationships, productivity, and dealing with the lack of self-confidence. This journey has been long and challenging, but completely worth every session. I hope that others are able to share their experience and provide those that are feeling the same hope and comfort to talk about what they too are experiencing.
